My coaching approach is integrative, blending evidence-based techniques with a client-centered philosophy to meet your unique needs. I use a five-stage method for each area of coaching, allowing as much time as necessary for you to move through each phase at your own pace and comfort level. By tailoring our work together in this flexible framework, we ensure that every step reflects your journey and empowers you to achieve meaningful, lasting growth.
I am a dedicated life coach who has been living in the Pacific Northwest since May of 2019. My passion is in exploring human resiliency and understanding how our emotions and behaviors shape our relationships, influence our physical health, and direct the course of our lives. I have a keen interest in mental health, mentorship, and the effects of positive self-talk on individuals.
I currently offer both short-term and long-term coaching sessions in four direct areas: Confidence, Career, Relationship, and Resiliency. My services cater to adult individuals and are available online, with each session lasting 50 minutes.

In the first session, we will discuss your main, secondary, and other goals and how our coaching journey will flow. We will cover a brief history and your needs and wants to establish a strong foundation for your coaching journey.
In subsequent sessions, we will explore your goals in depth through empathy, clarity, and strategy. My primary goal is to provide a safe, nurturing space for you to share and grow as we work towards your goals together.
